Wavo Child Safety Policy
I. Age Requirements
- Attempts to misrepresent age will lead to account suspension or termination.
- Wavo employs automated and manual systems to identify and prevent underage access and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) related activities. Any attempt to bypass these systems is strictly forbidden.
II. Prohibited Conduct
- Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse:
- Creating, distributing, or sharing content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Engaging in the sexualization of minors, including suggestive discussions, role-playing, or manipulated media.
- Soliciting minors for sexual activity or engaging in grooming behaviors.
- Sharing or soliciting personally identifiable information of a minor.
- Harmful or Dangerous Activities Involving Minors:
- Threats, encouragement, or acts of violence (physical or emotional) towards minors.
- Impersonating a minor.
- Sharing content that endangers the safety or well-being of a minor.
- Circumventing Age Restrictions:
- Attempts to create accounts for minors.
- Falsifying age information to access Wavo.
III. Reporting Violations
- Wavo reports incidents of child abuse to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in North America and corresponding law enforcement agencies in Europe.
- Users can report suspected violations through the in-app reporting tool or via email at Wavo@cdcxhz.com.
IV. Ineligible Users
Individuals convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are prohibited from accessing Wavo.
V. Policy Enforcement & Transparency
Enforcement: Violations result in immediate account action, from suspension to permanent termination. Wavo will cooperate with law enforcement investigations as appropriate.
User Education: Wavo provides resources and education on child safety through:
A clearly visible Child Safety Policy on the platform.
In-app guidance on safe online interactions and risks associated with minors.
Links to external child safety resources.

If you encounter child exploitation or abuse outside of Wavo, contact:
North America: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
Europe: Contact your local police or a child protection agency (e.g., CEOP in the UK, Office fédéral de la police fedpol in Switzerland). Reports can also be submitted to Europol.
